As of Friday 29th May, UGLOW Sport remains fully operational. Our manufacturing team is back up to full speed and our shipping partners are doing their best to navigate the constant challenges of delayed flights, reduced transport options and an increase in delivery demand.
We are aware that some of your recent orders have taken longer to reach you than we are happy to accept – we apologise for these delays. We communicate with our shipping partners daily and are confident that as restrictions are slowly starting to ease, the speed of delivery will return to our high standards pre COVID-19.

We are all experiencing an incredibly challenging time. But as runners, cyclists and adventurers taking on new challenges is not unfamiliar to us. After all, you’ve got to suffer a little before you cross the finish line.
As a small business we are tackling our own challenges daily, but we are inspired by the progress we are making and we thank you for your support during this journey.
We have enjoyed remaining connected during the last few months via our social media channels and thanks to everyone who has taken part in our Virtual Series on Strava with one challenge remaining. And, stay tuned for a competition we’re about to launch on MyUglow.
