Q. I’m an existing AMB or Le Club member. Do I still need to apply?
A. Yes! We ask all members to submit an application so we can review your profile. Please note that membership spots for 2025 are limited. If you don’t apply, you will automatically be added to the UGLOW Family mailing list so we can stay in touch.
Q. Do members meet in person?
A. We hope to meet as many of you as possible at select events across Europe and beyond. Stay tuned for updates!
Q. Do I need to be a competitive athlete to apply?
A. Not at all! Our program is open to all skill levels and abilities. Just send in your application, and we’ll review it. Expect an email notification within two weeks.
Q. Can I be affiliated with other brands at the same time?
A. We expect and encourage our ambassadors to be fully committed to UGLOW. However, you are welcome to collaborate with other apparel brands if it benefits you in any way.
Q. Will I need to pay shipping fees when I use my AMB discount code?
A. Yes. Since your order is already heavily discounted, free international shipping cannot be applied.
Q. What are the benefits of being a UGLOW Ambassador?

A. While we encourage you to spread the word about UGLOW, we do not offer referral or incentive codes. The best way to get your friends involved is to have them apply for the UGLOW AMB FAMILY program themselves.
Q. Once I submit my application, how long will it take to hear back?
A. We aim to review all applications and respond within two weeks.
Q. How do I activate my membership?
A. If accepted, you’ll receive a membership activation code that unlocks discounts on our online store. To fully activate your membership, you must purchase at least one item of any value within two weeks of acceptance. Ensure you use the same email ID for your first purchase to activate your membership.
